Job Description:
Possess four or more years of professional experience in developing and modifying information systems to include system design and development, and graduation from a four year college or university with major course work in Computer Programming or Information Systems. In lieu of a degree, applicants must possess eight (8) years of the aforementioned professional experience.
Possess working experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Developer, Reports and Discoverer.
Working knowledge of systems analysis, design, and system implementation. As well as familiarity with all phases of the system development life cycle.
Demonstrated skills in IT development, application support, analytical skills, technical solution design, programming languages, systems analysis techniques, testing, debugging, documentation standards, file design, interfacing, and change management.
Prior hands-on experience with Oracle data model, including APIs and Open Interface tables
Knowledge of both the Financial Management and Human Resources modules of the Oracle eBusiness Suite, particularly release 12.
Coding and development expertise with SQL, PL/SQL, Java, Oracle Developer 6i (Forms/Reports), Oracle JDeveloper 9i and Oracle Workflow Builder
Provide technical expertise for day-to-day support operations, enhancements and customizations of the Oracle eBusiness Suite: Oracle Financials and Oracle Human Resources
Serve as the Developer for the SCC’s Oracle eBusiness suite.
