Detailed Job Description:

Business Analyst to support Engineering on ongoing PLM. Experience in Solution Architecting, Process consulting, critical CAD Data Management, working with multiple stake holders to gather necessary requirements.

  • Work with Engineering, Manufacturing or the cross - functional (Program Management including etc. ) business leads to understand and identify their needs in support of the client Product Development Process . Lead Business workshops and lead the VOC across a wide and diverse Business community. Analyze, prioritize, categorize and document business needs.
  • Determine if new processes will be needed and/or assess the impact upon existing tool(s), system(s), and processes Use a number of different techniques to define and document desired user stories and existing as is business processes, and proposed to be business processes in an Agile environment
  • Actively participate and working with the team to evolve user stories, help defining / refining requirements, and acceptance criteria Participate in user acceptance testing with business representatives to verify that the configured solution(s) meet business needs
  • Ability to do Value stream mapping, use case development,
  • Document new / updated business process, user stories, user acceptance criteria, and data definition deliverables
  • Program Management experience or leading a key role in deploying PTC Windchill across various and diverse enterprise functions
  • Relevant PLM Business Process / Functional experience preferred Knowledgeable in Discrete Manufacturing domain, added Engineering and Manufacturing operations knowledge is a plus, components and their function within an assembly with PTC Windchill
  • Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements, experienced in working as part of a dynamic PLM team and interacting cross functionally
  • Experience developing training material and PLM curriculum development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to effectively lead in conventional and unconventional structures (e.g. matrix/networked team), Customer Orientation attitude the ability to communicate with all end users in a professional, positive and approachable manner, including explanation of technical issues in a non-technical manner Ability to be adaptable to change, both big and small, to foster resolution to problems and issues
  • Constant desire to learn and challenge both yourself and others to find the best solution.
  • Bachelor s degree in engineering / technology / analytics field or related work experience Master s in business administration preferred but not required
  • Proven ability to creatively solve business problems using technology solutions and processes Excellent facilitation, interviewing and documentation skills Ability to successfully engage in and lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
