Must Have Skills:

Must have 7 years of functional experience with SAP OTC which includes working on the following:

• This resource should be responsible to ensure stability of the application tracks
• Onboarding of resources and ensuring KT is complete and reverse KT is complete
• Ensure system access is ready within stipulated time
• Responsible for interfacing with Hershey SMEs and business users.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Responsible for adhering to the process to be meet SLA/deliverable s compliance requirements
• First level of escalation within the track
• Review KPI and performance metrics.
• Conduct touch base update meetings with concerned stake holders
• SAP experience is preferred with OTC background
