Detailed Job Description:

  • Strong knowledge of various Integration patterns, Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Software Design Patterns and coding principles. Participate in technical designs and present technical ideas through white boarding. Be responsible for providing technical leadership and defining, developing, and evolving software in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest software development technologies and Good understanding of iPaaS, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (Cloud Data Integration, Cloud Application Integration, API management, various data transformations, Secure agent and its administration and Connectors).
  • Basic understanding of the functionality of Workday HCM modules, process flow.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements, possess clarity of thought and communication and translate business requirements/issues to Technical requirements and design
  • Full understanding of the Software SDLC (systems development life-cycle)
  • Should be able to complete unit testing & reviews based on Functional & Technical designs.
  • Develop and document new integration solutions for Workday HCM, Learning and finance space including CDI, CAI integration design along with Java, python or shell scripts as required. Even better if you have an experience with Workday EIB (Enterprise Integration Builder)
  • Experience working in an Agile SDLC
  • Serve as a key resource in maintaining standards across integration development and coordinating with development team and business, ensuring that all system changes are adequately unit tested prior to turning them over to the user community
  • Provide application support including system/batch monitoring and processing, handling user questions and queries, investigating and solving system problems, and providing on-call support services
  • Understanding of scheduling and scheduling systems.
  • Experience with automating data validations and API test automations
