Detailed Job Description:

• 4 years of business analyst/project management/functional analyst experience
• 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft - Techno functional
• 4+ years of experience with application development and support
• 2 years of experience in Workday - Techno functional
• Experience engaging proactively, constructively, and creatively with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers to identify and prioritize customer needs.
• Experience creating/maintaining documentation of end to end view of the processes as well as process flows.
• Experience reviewing and formally approving functional requirements with business stakeholders
• Experience communicating and reviewing product designs with the development and QA teams
• Experience reviewing development design to ensure requirements were interpreted correctly
• Experience acting as a platform subject matter expert for analysis and requirements definition relating to development and related applications and services
• Experience estimating the impact of change requests on timelines, budgets, resources, and project scope
• Exceptional communications skills both written and verbal
