Detailed Job Description:

• Coordinate with various application teams or stakeholders to identify, define and document the gaps and impact for both upstream and downstream applications.
• Provide support for the jobs and applications in scope by meeting the SLA and other metrics defined for the project
• Coordinate between client team and internal onshore/offshore teams, if any, as part of project execution
• Knowledge of Agile projects
• Takes care of the production support and hyper care activities.
• Ensure proper documentation, standards, reviews are followed at each stage of the project lifecycle
• Excellent communication skills and capability to engage with customers and stakeholders
