Detailed Job Description:
- Experience in Aerospace Industry as a Manufacturing Engineer.
- Comprehensive knowledge on Aero-structures
- Experience in CATIA V5 (2D and 3D)
- Blueprint reading (2D drawings)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Create and Re-write of current manufacturing planning work instructions to include detailed installation, processes and procedures, specifications and quality inspections.
- Customer specification interpretation
- Updating the BOM to the current Engineering and planning manufacturing standards.
- ROS Conversions which involves Creating Material Masters, Revise Material Masters, Viewing Display Material for Reference, Engineer Chance Master and using different T-Codes
- SAP Long Text must be reviewed by analyzing Engineering Drawings, Catia Models, OEM parts list and Standard Specification
- Create and Review Graphic Work Instructions, assembly methods to support production flow of aircraft components
- Using the established manufacturing planning process flow, sequence in a define routing order, develops Graphic Work Instructions, manufacturing datasets, tooling requirements and Bill Of Material
- Communication with all teams (engineering, tooling, production, quality) to assure the product is completed correctly and on schedule to the customer
