Detailed Job Description:

• Material Data Analysts, for Engineering Data Entry and Material analysis.
• Data governance processes and best practices.
• Analyze current data and recommend enrichment and remediation opportunities.
• Working with multiple stake holders to gather necessary requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reviews requests for new material master records and responds according to agreed service levels.
• Populates critical material master data fields, including global material classification characteristic data, according to data standards and based on the review of engineering and purchasing specifications and drawings.
• Review requests for changes to the values of critical, global material master data fields and responds according to agreed service levels.
• Ensures material masters records conform to standards for critical, global data elements.
• Evaluate and recommend solutions to requests and challenges from plant, engineering, and procurement teams regarding the design and configuration of key material master fields.
• Analyze existing data records, summarize quality, and recommend solutions for compliance to standards and improved quality.
• Coordinates and drives data cleansing efforts across manufacturing plant and engineering teams across multiple ERP s.
• Conducts meetings and communicates standards to stakeholders including plant, procurement, and engineering teams.
• When needed coordinate user training and User Acceptance Testing of new developments.
