Detailed Job Description:

  • Very strong understanding of the Recruiting module (RCM or RMK and ONB 1.0 certification are a must to gain access to all provisioning tools) 
  • Comfortable working with XML, and managing role permissions within the template
  • Experience with Integration Center (multiple jobs run that update candidate, application, education and prior work experience tables)
  • Experience with ONB Super Admin for data review and correction where needed
  • Experience importing and working with Job Codes, association with Job Tags, association with Families and Roles
  • Assist business with understanding data in Advanced Analytics and Source Tracking
  • Comfortable encoding / decoding URLs, adding parameters like utm_source, utm_campaign for use on mini sites
  • Very strong understanding of the Performance module (multiple concurrent performance cycles, and a very large number of 360 forms get launched every year) 
  • Experience running competency imports, working with ID vs GUIDs and template XMLs to ensure accurate assignments are made
  • Experience importing goals/objectives into the system (this is a frequent ask)
  • Comfortable with Calibration, and Succession
  • Good understanding of Compensation (working with XML, understanding dependencies like look up tables, relationship to performance forms, eligibility rules).
  • Good understanding of Reporting (WFA, and Report Center) and advanced Excel (macros, lookups, and comfortable reading long formulas)
  • Experience working with of RBPs, Recruiting Groups, Compensation Groups, LMS Admin user accounts
  • Experienced with picklist management and imports (semi-monthly) as well as frequent modifications for use in various EP portlets throughout
