Complete Description:

This position is needed in order to help us develop at least two versions of methodologies for gathering business requirements for application development work.  One methodology is needed for complex projects and one is needed to be used for smaller project and maintenance. 

In addition, the position will lead the efforts in gathering business requirements for new work as a result of the conversion of all the CEDS modules from oracle forms and reports to .net.  We currently have 2 contact Systsms Analyst fully dedicated to the VPDES ICIS conversion (grant funded) and CAFO/AFO, pretreatment and P2 work (all grant funded).
