- Basic understanding of SOAP and Rest Webservices and usage of SOAP UI/Postman

- Experience to Telecom/Cable domain
- Good Analytical skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Experience and understanding of in Production support (using splunk, Newrelic or equivalent) and performance engineering.
- Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
