Detailed Job Description:
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Information Technology.
- Solid understanding of architectural patterns, design patterns and hands-on knowledge in applying these concepts to practical problems
- Good Understanding of OSS/BSS Telecom application landscape and experience in defining technology solutions for OSS/BSS platforms
- Experience in Application, Integration architecture, and solution design
- Experience in database architecture, database design and DB modelling
- Experience in Application migration and Database migration activities
- Experience in building/maintaining highly available databases preferably on a cloud platform such as AWS, Google Cloud, or other hybrid cloud environment
- Experience in Big Data technologies like NoSQL- Cassandra/MongoDB/Hadoop.
- Understanding and experience on a Enterprise Security considerations and NFR aspects like performance, reliability and availability
- Understanding and familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps Lifecyle.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate architectural details to stakeholders at different levels (executive, technical and non-technical) through UML diagrams, crisp documentation and white-boarding as required
- Experience working in an Agile environment and the ability to work in a constantly evolving project, without losing sight of the requirements or the overall vision
Deliverables and responsibility:
- Define the e2e solution architecture and platform architecture for applications for Telecom OSS BSS.
- Mimic the applications to create standalone instances of enterprise applications for user separation due to demerger
- Define the platform and digital solution roadmap
- Define the high-level solution design for intake projects
- Define the API specifications using Swagger
- Identify the inter application and project dependencies, build Sequence diagrams sand coordinate with other systems to identify workable solution.
- Coordinate with other system and leads to define the interface agreement and solution.
- Build prototype for new technology or frameworks.
- Support development team during design and development phase.
- Working with BA and SA's to define project specific NFR's- Metrics collection, logging, Security etc.
