Detailed Job Description:

• Responsible for monitoring, triaging, resolving, escalating and communicating network incidentsoutages as part of a 24x7x365.
• Perform third level incident outage triage, troubleshooting, and fix agent break fix actions on Cisco network infrastructure.
• Provide detailed documentation and summaries of incidentoutage tickets.
• Ability to work an extended and flexible 24x7 day and night work schedule is required.
• 5AM to 330 PM EST 4 days a week 230 PM to 1 AM EST 4 days a week 9 PM to 730 AM EST 4 days a
