Job Responsibilities/Tasks:

•  Responsible for the development of PI/XI solutions, root cause analysis, advice and adoption of best practices, resolving trouble tickets, developing interface enhancements, maintaining development standards, interfacing with BASIS and other teams, and system monitoring and production landscape support

•  Some weekend and evening work will be required

•  Support current implementations of PI/XI

•  Participates in proof of concept analyses and prototypes to ensure proposed solution can meet business requirements

•  Participates in providing gap analysis, from a technical perspective, highlighting current state, future state, client needs and best practices

•  Complies with all PTC policies, procedures and standards

•   Prepares, develops, executes and validates testing of solutions.

•   Works with general business users, functional team and technical team members to ensure adequate business requirement coverage of solutions

•    Perform related duties as required
