• Excellent communication with stake holders.
• Exposure and knowledge on Mainframe and Batch processing.
• Experience in handling transactions with critical stakeholders.
• Good knowledge on SNOW and reporting.
• Comfortable with tracking & reporting to senior management.
• Should be comfortable handling demanding situations.
• Flexible in working off hours depending on project requirements
