Detailed Job Description:
- Experience in setup of Org Structure, functionality configuration & Integrations
- Experience in Cash journal, Clearing Control, Account Assignment, Credit card integrations
- Setup of Direct Debit Payments and Customer Refunds.
- Strong Understanding of Dunning Process, Collection, Installment Plan, Revenue recognition.
- Setup of main & sub transaction experience in analyzing issue in billing & invoicing process.
- Sound knowledge of integration with Billing, FICO, banks and other 3rd party applications.
- Sound troubleshooting skills, and multiple tasking capability.
- Prioritize and get work done by the offshore team.
- Good communication skills
