• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

• At least 5 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/ Design/ Detailing of Processes
• At least 3 years of experience with Agile methodologies (preferably Agile Scrum) as a Business Analyst
• At least 5 years of experience in one or more of the following Financial Services / Banking domains / Banking products
• At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/ external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
• Excellent understanding of SQL skills, Data mappings, Mapping documents and ETL
• Good understanding of Banking Domain
• Lead Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming and product prioritization meetings
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Experience with Scrum and Product management
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
