Detailed Job Description:
- Must have 3-4 yrs of experience in Coupa Admin and Configurations
- Delivered 2 large procurement transformation engagements for multinational customers Candidate must have a minimum 4 years of hands on working experience in Coupa implementation
- Must have worked in Coupa modules such as Source to Settle (STS), Sourcing, Contract Management, Spend Management, Indirect Purchasing, Supplier Management, Performance Management, Vendors Onboarding, Invoice Validation, integration with major ERP s
- Excellent Communication skills in handling customers and program stakeholders in a multi-vendor environment
- Project Engagement responsibilities
- Lead business process sessions to document As-Is and To-Be processes
- Participate in the information gathering and design process for a client implementation; including the development of functional business requirements and solution scope documents.
- Understanding the requirements by working with product owner & project team.
- Perform requirement Analysis & define Solution for identified requirements.
- Discuss with Stake holders and finalize Solution
- Customize and Configure Coupa application as per business requirements
- Develop and execute test plans and test software configurations
- Deploy solution in various environments
Job Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the end to end RFI and RFP process
- Prepare Reusable Artefacts to be used in Presales cycle
- Propose Innovative and holistic solutions that solve customer problems
- Prepare a High quality and winnable proposals
- Develop Automation Ideas within Coupa and supplementing Coupa
- Develop Accelerators that can be used in support and implementation engagements
