• Shipping/receiving of items coming into and out of the lab.
• Functional testing of new technologies (following specific test procedures for tool verification
• prior to shipment).
• Windows Server builds, Configuring platforms, memory configuration, processor changes,
• firmware upgrades and troubleshooting
• Verification of both software and hardware tools
• Regression testing for software releases
• Assistance at client driven customer events (providing power supplies, cables, movement of equipment to and from shipping docks, creating documentation for tracking inter - building
• transfers for shipments, etc.).
• General lab support including networking, tracking of preproduction hardware,disposition/recycling of older hardware, water falling equipment, etc
• Provide real time list of hardware availability and status (High value parts- CPU/PCH/DIMMs,systems - in storage or being actively worked on, etc.
