• Application performance evaluation and reporting
• Lab setup and maintenance
• Lab inventory management
• Documentation for software and hardware demos, both internal and external
• Video production and editing for software demos Lab network design, build, and maintenance
• Lab file share server configuration, maintenance, and administration
• Synchronization with other labs and orgs on hardware/software configs used for performance evaluations
• Shipping for demos and tradeshows
• Software and hardware troubleshooting
