• Perform advanced level project management from project initiation through completion for strategic investments across the enterprise.
• Projects range in complexity scale and duration.
• Work with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, executives, and business unit relationship managers to clearly define project scope, vision, and approach to meet business needs and achieve defined objectives.
• Ensure projects are documented, prioritized and executed to address project requirements and to mitigate issues.
• At least 8 years experience with Problem Management and Integration Management
• Service now ticketing experience
• Handling production issues in Project Management and having Agile knowledge
• Comfortable with tracking reporting to senior management
• Should be comfortable handling demanding situations
