Detailed Job Description:

• Good exposure to IBM Sterling OMS modules. IBM Webcom and Websom knowldge will be an advantage.
• 6 years of experience on IBM Sterling OMS, Highly skilled in IBM Sterling OMS and hands on work experience in implementation, customization, and upgrading the product.
• Work closely the Client team on requirements analysis, design discussions, code reviews issues. and with QA team for providing QA support.
• Gather functional requirement details by interacting with clients and other stake holder.
• Participate in the daily calls with the on - site and off-shore teams to monitor the progress.
• Manage the IBM Sterling OMS deliveries by co ordinating with offshore team and guiding them on design and development.

Minimum years of experience: 5-8 years

1. Development Team leadership experience and management capability
2. Complete understanding of IBM Sterling OMS modules
3. Co ordinate with offshore team and ensure all the timely completion of all the deliveries
