Must have:

Ensure seamless implementation of changes and system releases through strong release planning, change coordination, system and user acceptance testing, release and deployment management in order to assert that a product or service is robust and capable of being released into the live environment without causing a disruption to service.

Detailed Job Description:

• Excellent communication(both verbal and written)
• Experience in Change and release management principles
• ITIL V3 Foundation knowledge, Certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of Office Suite/SharePoint
• Vendor Governance
• Know-how of business intelligence tools Power BI/ Tableau
• DevOps/Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of deployment processes ( Promote, deploy, rollback, password rotations, certificate renewal, infrastructure upgrades, disaster recovery events etc.)
• Experience in monitoring tools like Splunk and other tools
• Knowledge of cloud basics is a plus.
• Basic knowledge on any of java .net, SQL, Oracle , DB2, MF CICS, Batch processing, analytical tools

Minimum years of IT experience required: 5 years
