• 10+ years working experience in working on development and proving technology solutions in complex Mainframe projects using COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, Natural, ADABAS
• Experience in performing assessment of customer Mainframe environment and providing recommendations to customer
• 2+ yrs. of experience on Mainframe Modernization
• Experience in design and development for large, complex systems /platform.
• understanding of Architecture and Design fundamentals
• Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills, Research, Architecture designs
• Nice to have skills Cool:Gen, Micro Focus Cobol

• Master of Science (Technology) / Master of Comp. Applications / Bachelor of Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years IT development experience or equivalent
• Effective verbal and written communications skills and the ability to communicate with business partners and other IT staff
• Problem solving skills sufficient to perform research and recommend a proposed solution to problems
• Able to work on multiple tasks and meet established deadlines
