• 14+ years experience in working with leading Telcos in OSS/Order Management domain.
• Expertise in Order Management domain in a Wireless context.
• Hansen SIGMA Order Management product experience is a plus.
• Experience in TMF standards API s
• Proven ability in managing Business stakeholders in a functional role in the OSS/Order Management area.
• Strong communication skills
• Experience on telecom domain (O2A, Fulfillment)

• Playing a key domain consultant role in the OSS/Order Management area.
• Working with key Business stakeholders on their functional needs.
• Interacting effectively with client to refine and understand the requirements
• Recommending solutions in an OSS/Order Management context
• Assisting the Team Lead in providing technical inputs

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to communicate complex ideas with both customers and peers in written and oral form.
• Leading key Functional and Design meetings with stakeholders, architecture team.

Other skills:

• Experience in any of the following is an advantage:
• Experience on Hansen SIGMA product.
• Application development principles and patterns/models
• Team organization and management.
