Detailed Job Description:

• Work with a statewide deployment team to assist with migration from Agency’s on-premise Cisco VoIP system to WebEx enterprise cloud platform.
• Test, deploy and troubleshoot telecommunications hardware including VoIP telephones, routers, gateways and other equipment.
• Execute documented test procedures to verify migration of all site main and DiD lines to the cloud system.
• Test operation of telecommunications equipment ensuring power and network connectivity
• Meet with IT project team members to provide daily progress reports and regular project updates.  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• OR Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Two years of experience.
• OR Five years of related experience OR Two years of experience at the lower-level Telecommunications Specialist 1 or position equivalent.
