• Client will form smaller units of 1 PM 1BA to pair with an existing SME PM.
• Each such smaller unit will be dedicated to an LOB and they will seek data from LOB to evaluate apps, current access etc.
• Working with the LOB, this team will create reports on what access their users have in apps and identify any gaps in the migration plan.
• And they will also enable setting up the right access in the target state through requests in ARS or OIM on behalf of LOB.
• Validate everything along with Testers.
• This team will need good domain knowledge around IAM, AD, Access. Strong PPT, Visio, Excel skills.
• PMs also need to have MPP skills.
