- We will require a consultant having 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll/Time Management Module. Individual will require to have following skills:
- Experience in minimum 3 End to End US Payroll/Time Management implementation
- Very good Experience and Hands on in Payroll/Time Management modules along with experience in PCR/Schemas and Time Evaluation
- Experience in Roll out/Mergers Acquisition projects
- Experience in Requirement gathering and conduct design workshops
- Excellent Communication as role will require to have extensive meeting with all stakeholders and will be a single point of contact
- Experience in 3rd Third Party Interface like KABA/KRONOS
- Hands on Experience in Configuration, creation of config./design documents/ functional specs.
- Good experience in Payroll Posting
- Will require Coordination with offshore and onsite team for all deliverables
- Review deliverables
- Ensure deliverables are on time, within budget and of topmost quality
- Understanding of SuccessFactors Replication will be added benefit.
- Expertise in understanding the business requirement.
- Configuration of the Business Processes in System for Client Demos as part of Blueprint workshops
- Preparing functional Design Documents, Test planning and execution, UAT Support signoff.
- Expertise on solutioning /data migration/Cutover management/Training Management.
