Must Have Skills:
  • Should have a minimum of 10+ years of SAP ABAP.
  • Experience in leading /mentoring a small team/junior developer is preferred.
  • Highly motivated with ability to handle and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in handing priority incidents while working in multi - vendor support model along with business stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
  • Excellent communication and coordination/collaboration skills with stakeholders.
  • Exposure to work closely with Business process teams.
  • Experience in ChaRM Change control management tool for SAP
  • Should have worked on Testing Suite tools like CBTA (Component based test automation), ARIS Integration, Worksoft Integration etc.
  • Good experience on Application Operations, Managed System Configuration, Alert monitoring configuration, Data Volume management, Custom code management, Early watch reporting.
  • Strong in BADIs
  • Good debug skills with UI screens
  • Strong in Oops programming (Classes and Methods)
  • ALE configurations (Partner profiles, ports, distribution models, change pointers etc.)
  • Good IDOC troubleshooting skills
Nice to have skills:
  • Experience with System refreshes is good to have.
  • Experience in SLT and SAP migration and upgrade Support pack/ Enhancement pack
  • Experience in SPAU/SPDD and clone remediation work
  • Understanding of SLT replication process for initial and delta loads
  • Knowledge and understanding on ticketing tool, example-Service Now/Jira etc.
  • Working experience in SAFe (Agile).
