Detailed Job Description:
- Work with business stakeholders to develop in depth knowledge of the Agency’s IT systems and capture requirements for future applications and enhancements.
- Sets high expectations and enforces standards to meet project timelines.
- Collaborates effectively with people across the agency to accomplish project goals.
- Conducts analysis that identifies current state processes including system gaps and develop workflow analysis.
- Working with project team develop solutions to enhance business processes, operations, and information process flows.
- Effectively managing change including all aspects of communication, training and user acceptance for key stakeholders(including nontechnical staff) in a timely and appropriate manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND two years of recent relevant project management/business analyst experience, with a progression in responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience analyzing, standardizing, and improving processes with innovative business solutions.
- Healthcare IT experience.
- IT Project methodology experience including Agile.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate to upper management, business, and technical personnel.
- Skilled with using Microsoft Office Suite including VISIO and Power BI and wireframe tools.
Experience required: 3-4 Years
