Detailed Job Description:

7 years of experience in System administration of the Cognos tool and the environment with exposure to various System Unix administration activities.Experience in Cognos BI configuration, administration and environment troubleshooting with multiple versions of IBM Cognos.Knowledge in UnixLinux and WIndows environment is a must .Must have experience in IBM Cognos Major Version Upgrade projects by utilizing various techniques and BI Industry best practicesAdminister the publishing of all approved

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

1. Systems implementation, operations, and its optimization as Cognos Admin
2. Monitorsupport batch processes and servers for performance issues. Implement and maintain Cognos security. Framework developmentredesign by working closely with stake holders and other Cognos development teams
3. Cognos BI configuration, administration and environment troubleshooting with multiple versions of IBM Cognos.
