• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 10+ years of experience with Information Technology

• Manage a small project plan and coordinate resources
• Facilitate and follow change control process to implement servers and supporting software
• Confirm fulfillment of a set of business requirements, identify missing requirements,
• Proficient Windows user skills
• Intermediate windows technical skills. Can install windows software and solve software installation problems?
• Basic Unix skills Basic understanding of Unix operating environments and commands. Ability to login, find files, modify directories, and follow supplier
• Proficient with the use of standard Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and email.
• Ability to communicate in writing and with a group of people. Ability to create support documentation for transition to service.
• Ability to create flowcharts and diagrams using PowerPoint or Visio
• Define, document and implement Ricoh integration processes with other environments
• Create documentation package for MSP and ongoing support.

• Basic understanding of networks, firewalls, TCP so that they can make requests for changes and identify problems.

• Ability to work with end-users and teach them how a system works
• Exposure to large scale printing operations would be very helpful.

• Supply chain experience will be very helpful. Knowledge of distribution processes and equipment.
• Exposure to PLCs and warehouse processes and technology will be helpful
