Detailed Job Description:
- At least 6-7 years of Experience in Microsoft SQL server administration (MS SQL Server 2008, 2012, 2014, 2016 & 2017)
- Experience in SQL server installation, configuration & patching
- Experience in performing SQL server upgrade, migration & patching
- Hands-on experience on configuring High availability features like Always On, Clustering, Database mirroring & log shipping
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, query & database performance tuning
- Expertise in SQL server Audit & Security, backup & restore, SQL agent jobs
- Working knowledge on SSIS & SSRS
- Knowledge on monitoring tools such as SCOM, Idera, AppD.
- Knowledge on SQL & PowerShell scripting for automation is added advantage.
- Good understanding of Banking industry concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
