1. Good Knowledge on Blue Yonder (JDA) LMS module
2. Knowledge on other JDA modules would be an added advantage
3. Experience with Oracle databases SQL queries

• Liaise with business users/client managers/ specialists to understand the requirements / problem statements
• Ability to create Test Scenarios and Test Scripts based on LMS Application
• Take decisions independently and interact directly with customers
• Carrying out test script execution tasks as assigned
• Coordinating with the customer & offshore team to resolve queries or clarifications
• Coordinating/conducting testing or release management activities
