Detailed Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with business users/client managers/ specialists to understand the requirements / problem statements
- Ability to create Test Scenarios and Test Scripts based on Demand and Fulfillment modules
- Take decisions independently and interact directly with customers
- Carrying out test script execution tasks as assigned
- Coordinating with the customer & offshore team to resolve queries or clarifications
- Coordinating/conducting testing or release management activities
Qualifications:
- An advanced degree (B.S. or B.E Minimum, Masters preferred)
- Experience in BY LMS module
- Experience with Oracle databases - SQL: queries
- Prior experience with configuration & development with BY DnF application
Skills Set:
- Good Knowledge on Blue Yonder (JDA) Demand and Fulfillment modules
- Knowledge on other JDA modules would be an added advantage
- Experience with Oracle databases - SQL: queries
- Strong conceptual understanding in Supply Chain Planning Domain
- Strong analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting skills
- Strong Communicator
