Detailed Job Description:

• Production support for Varicent Sales Performance Management– includes both production support and development – functional knowledge of this works in Sysco.
• Both L2 functional and L3-Technical production support for Varicent application
• Trouble shooting any reporting errors, data errors on the Varicent SPM Application
• Monitor and investigate any data errors in loading data, or visual data grids on the front-end application
• Strong SQL skills – including stored procs, joins, SSIS etc.
• Handle Major Incidents and be ready to join bridge to provide status update while troubleshooting the issue in parallel
• Interact with client stakeholders to understand the problem and enabling functions to continue without disrupting the nightly operations
• Varicent has a GUI based Reporting Grid for building UI – this knowledge to use Varicent Report Grid for building UI is necessary
