• Help troubleshoot Cognos infrastructure related problems. Interface with the vendor for elevated technical support.
• Monitor/support batch processes and servers for performance issues Implement and maintain Cognos security.

• System administration of the Cognos tool and the environment
• Experience in Cognos BI configuration, administration and environment troubleshooting with multiple versions of IBM Cognos.
• Knowledge in Unix/Linux environment is must.
• Must have experience in IBM Cognos Major Version
• Upgrade projects by utilizing various techniques and BI Industry best practices
• Administer the publishing of all approved Cognos reports and Cubes
• Provide technical support to Cognos power users.
