Detailed Job Description:

• Strong experience in Business Intelligence & ETL tools (DataStage, Informatica) with strong background in Databases and Data warehousing concepts
• Experience in enterprise data management, ODS, OLTP and SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008/R2, 2012 and 2014. Strong experience of Analysis, Integration and Reporting Services.
• Experience in designing, developing the ETL process for loading data from heterogeneous source systems like flat files, Oracle, SQL Server using DataStage
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing methodologies and concepts, including star schemas, snowflakes, dimensional modeling and reporting tools, worked with high volume databases with partitioned data.
• Proficiency in UNIX shell scripts.
• Extensively worked on DataStage performance tuning.
• Responsible for writing test cases and test plans using tools like Rally to execute the test cases and store the results.
• Experience in development and testing of ETL process using Informatica Power center
• Expertise in developing complex transformations, mappings, mapplets, different tasks, worklets, workflows using Informatica.
• Writing DataStage ETL code to create Mappings, Jobs. Responsible for Configuring Jobs to transport the data to target warehouse Oracle tables using Director, Administrator and Designer.
• Experience in Agile delivery Strong SQL skills, PLSQL and MS SQL Experience in Informatica Power Center and IICS Strong SQL skills, PLSQL and MS SQL
