• UCCX - Hands on experience and scripting knowledge
• Call Manager and Unity servers – setup, tailoring and administration
• Good hands on technical experience the above areas.
• Cisco trained and certified for Unified Communications, CCNP/CCNA preferred.
• 3+ years of general network experience including various network protocols.
• 3+ years of Cisco networking experience including routing, switching, voice, and video.
• 2+ years of Aruba networking experience including routing, switching (Aruba 8325 Core & access 7240 routers)
• Strong technical troubleshooting ability.
• Install and commencement of network build work
• Validate the configurations as per design
• Provide LAN Services for client Network
• Provide wireless Systems support for offices, branch
• Implement, support and manage WAN security requirements in accordance with client policies
• Administration / Troubleshooting (Remote Support)
• Administration of CISCO UCS infrastructure with gateways and expressways
• Need to visit the branches and support (Hand and Feet support)

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Production support is good to have
• Experience with monitoring tools is good to have
• Works closely with service delivery and operations to ensure quality, standards and goals are met
• Perform proactive research and take steps to ensure stable environment operation
• Good Communication and Analytical skills
