Detailed Job Description:

Production support for HighJump application includes WH SC Operations functional knowledge. Both L2 and L3 production support for HJ application. Trouble shooting any reporting errors especially on SSRS reports. Monitor and investigate any data transmission errors between PS and HJ. Strong SQL skills including stored procs, joins, SSIS and SSRS etc.

Minimum years of experience: 8 - 10 years

Certifications Needed: No

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:

1. Handle Major Incidents and be ready to join MI bridge to provide status update while troubleshooting the issue in parallel
2. Interact with client stakeholders to understand the problem and enabling the WHSE functions to continue without disrupting the nigthtly operations
3. Both L2 and L3 production support for HJ application
