Detailed Job Description:

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Auto Finance domain
• Experience in Loan Originations and Servicing systems
• 8+ years of experience in testing.
• Experience in QA - Estimation, prioritization, planning, coordinating testing activities and assisting the team in packaging functionality for optimized test execution aligned to overall project milestones.
• Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies

• Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
• Conduct backlog grooming/sprint planning/scrum events/other agile sessions as needed
• Good understanding of agile and traditional methodologies
• Willingness to take ownership for own work to continuously improve performance
• Understand (intra/inter) dependencies between all elements of Auto Financing and how all work together to implement the best possible solution
• Extensive experience in planning Automation Strategy.
• Strong Experience in Selenium Automation Framework Setup, Maven, Jenkins and other tools.
• Work with release management to ensure products are thoroughly tested, published results, and rollback plans are captured
• Experience in leading multiple projects and cross-functional teams, and ability to coordinate across teams in a large organization.
• Must have working experience in Offshore/Onshore model
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
