Detailed Job Description:
- At least 5 years of experience in understanding healthcare Insurance business domain.
- Requirement Gathering, Design, Solution, Business discussion.
- Documentation of business requirements and translating into functional specifications.
- Creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Process flows, Activity Diagrams, Use Cases, and User Stories with Acceptance Criteria.
- Converting high-level requirements into clear and concise User stories.
- Experience in conducting requirements walkthroughs with various stakeholders including business owners, technology architects, developers, QA team.
- At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle (Requirement Analysis, Design)
- Expert in end to end-functional understanding.
- Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
- Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
- Client Interfacing skills and Team management
- Defining Business problem statement and take it to resolution by leveraging Technical team
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology
