Detailed Job Description:

• At least 5 years of experience in understanding healthcare Insurance business domain.
• Requirement Gathering, Design, Solution, Business discussion.
• Documentation of business requirements and translating into functional specifications.
• Creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Process flows, Activity Diagrams, Use Cases, and User Stories with Acceptance Criteria.
• Converting high-level requirements into clear and concise User stories.
• Experience in conducting requirements walkthroughs with various stakeholders including business owners, technology architects, developers, QA team.
• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle (Requirement Analysis, Design)
• Expert in end to end-functional understanding.
• Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
• Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
• Client Interfacing skills and Team management
• Defining Business problem statement and take it to resolution by leveraging Technical team

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology
