- Strong knowledge of Oracle Taleo Connect Client, Net change, import and export scripts, XSL transformation, TCC custom steps and complex projections etc.
- Experience in batch scripts.
- Should be able to develop and modify the existing batch scripts.
- Python and Taleo Webservices knowledge is also desirable.
- Good Understanding of Taleo OBI reporting.
- Exposure to Oracle Taleo Enterprise Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
- Good Communication and presentation skills.
