• At least 8 years of experience with Information Technology
• At least 5 years of experience in Test Data Management (Data Masking, Golden Copy, Sub setting, Data Generation, Self - Servicing)
• At least 3-5 years of experience with one or more industry standard TDM tools like Delphix, IBM Optim, Broadcom TDM, Informatica TDM (preferably Delphix)
• Experience of implementation of enterprise level TDM framework for at least 1 organization
• Possesses excellent communication (both verbal and written) and inter-personal abilities to work with multiple stakeholders, onsite/offshore teams, and senior leadership

Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years
