- Experience in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Product Roadmap planning, Project Management & End user Training.
- In depth knowledge of ecommerce processes such as Partner Onboarding, Catalog & inventory management, Order fulfillment, Product discovery, Pricing, Digital marketing, Analytics and Search Engine Optimizations.
- Possess strong stakeholder management expertise to drive business outcomes.
- Experience in presenting & demonstrating the deliverables to the client and stakeholders.
- Experienced in Agile - Scrum Methodology.
- Experience in tools: Microsoft Office suite - MS Excel, Microsoft Projects, MS Visio, MS Power point, JIRA, Toad.
- Experience in Technologies: Salesforce Administration, Ecommerce Platforms, .Net, Oracle ERP Suite, Oracle forms and database, SharePoint & MS SQL, PHP and MySQL.
- Project Management, Agile Methodology, Microsoft Office Suite, ASP.Net, Oracle Database, SharePoint, MS-SQL Server, Jira.
Minimum years of experience: 15+ years.
