Years of IT Experience - 5-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Must have excellent written and verbal skills and be a team player.  Ability to foster good working relationships with team members and users.  Ability to work in fast paced public health laboratory environment and manage multiple deadlines.

Mid- to senior-level developer with at least 3 years experience with web application development using Oracle, JavaScript, .Net and Crystal reporting tools.  Should be very strong in working with Oracle.

Experience in writing complex Oracle SQL queries is required.

Experience in writing Oracle PLSQL packages, procedures and functions is required.

Experience in JavaScript is required.

Experience using Crystal reports.

Must have experience in Web application development using .Net.

Experience in Visual Studio 2008 and C# is a plus.

Should be familiar in using source control tools and issue tracking tools.

Degree from an accredited college or university with major study in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
