- Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in multiple JDA/RP/BY WMS versions (working knowledge of BY WMS version 2020 preferrable)
- Hands-on Experience on Technical configuration of BY/JDA/Red Prairie WMS product, Jasper reports, Nice labels, Pagebuilder/DDA and MOCA
- Knowledge on interfaces between WMS and ERP/Host, TMS, WLM, T&T, Parcel, 3rd party system that integrates with WMS
- Collaborate with multiple teams from Infosys/customer to arrive at technical and tactical decisions.
- Should provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent and resolve technical Incidents and Issues.
- Experience working in and leading support projects, ensuring ticket resolution/tracking within the defined SLA
- Assist in Major Incident Management (handling Priority tickets), proactively lead crisis calls and ensure rapid closure of all priority issues. Track Incidents to closure and perform Root Cause Analysis
- Good communication skills to coordinate with client, team members and partner applications.
- Debug and resolve a variety of issues (bugs, performance, and user) by reading through trace files
- Work on continuous service improvements and automations
- Knowledge on cloud platforms and work experience on Cloud environments is an added advantage
