·         Should have 2 to 3 years of strong experience in implementing and designing Documentum CMS platform

·         Should have 2 years of strong experience on DFC (Documentum Foundation Classes) and design patterns

·         Should have experience of leading team of 5-10 people

·         Must have experience to migrate from a content management system to Documentum platform

·         Advanced knowledge of HTML, DHTML, XHTML, XSLT

·         Should have experience of installation, configuration, setup of Documentum specifically WebTop

·         Should have worked on development and maintenance types of project

·         Ability to handle a fast paced work environment, deadlines and new challenges, communicate, work well with others, deliver on time and on budget

·         Should be good in verbal and written communication

·         Should have onsite experience to interact with customer
