Detailed Job Description:
- Responsible for monitoring, triaging, resolving, escalating and communicating network incidents/outages as part of a 24x7x365.
 - Perform third level incident outage triage, troubleshooting, and fix agent break fix actions on Cisco network infrastructure.
 - Provide detailed documentation and summaries of incident/outage tickets.
 - Ability to work an extended and flexible 24x7 day and night work schedule is required.
 - Network Administration
 - Knowledge of IP stack protocols and routing protocols
 - Remote support for network infrastructure ranging from minimal up/down to advanced level routing and switching troubleshooting on carrier grade routers/switches. Escalation to engineering teams as needed.
 - Linux
 - Troubleshooting specialized carrier grade network devices running Linux on their core. Minimal application logging investigation on some Linux servers.
