• 5 - 7 Yrs of relevant experience
• Good understanding and working knowledge of SAP HCM modules (e.g. Core HR, USA and Global Payroll, Benefits, Leave)
• Very good understanding of Employee relevant data and other HR data
• Experience converting SAP HCM data to Workday for global company
• Ability to handle data in secure manner in accordance with company’s security policies
• Ability to conduct business stakeholder meetings and facilitate requirement discussions
• Experience converting business requirements into technical specification for SAP Development team members
• Unit testing HR data scenarios, analyze data issues, diagnose problems, design solutions to improve data conversion objects
• Writing and managing functional specification, technical solution document, Source to Target mapping (STM)
• Knowledge of system integrations
• Good communication skills
